Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating a Chingdon workspace or otherwise accessing the platform, your business ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

Workspace & accounts

When you sign up, Chingdon provisions a workspace and sends login credentials to the work email provided. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your workspace's user accounts.

Acceptable use

The platform must not be used to store or process unlawful content, to attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces, or to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform without our written consent.

Data ownership

All financial records, inventory data, sales information, and other content you enter into your workspace belongs to your business. Chingdon does not claim ownership over your operational data and provides export tools so you can retrieve it at any time.

Billing & plans

Plan pricing is agreed at signup or through direct discussion with our team, based on your team size and the modules your business requires. Fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chingdon's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim. Chingdon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the terms of the applicable order form or plan. Upon termination, Customer data will remain available for export for a reasonable period before removal from active systems.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform or applicable law. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
