Refund Policy
Overview
This policy explains how Chingdon handles cancellations and refund requests for paid workspaces. It applies to all Starter and Growth plan subscriptions; Enterprise agreements are governed by the specific terms in the signed order form.
Trial period
New workspaces can be evaluated before committing to a paid plan. No charges are made until a business explicitly moves to a paid plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the workspace will not renew. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refunded, as service was provided for that period.
Mid-cycle changes
If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the difference is billed on a prorated basis. If you downgrade, the new rate takes effect from the start of the next billing cycle rather than issuing a partial refund for the current one.
Exceptions
If a billing error occurs on our end, such as a duplicate charge, we will correct it and issue a full refund of the affected amount once verified. Refund requests related to dissatisfaction with the platform are reviewed case by case, and we would rather work with you to resolve the underlying issue than process a cancellation.
Requesting a refund
To raise a billing concern, reach out through our contact page with your workspace details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to billing queries promptly.
